Vision Media® 25 Single Clear CD Jewel Case 10.2mm spine

I must confess I'm somewhat puzzled at the negative reviews about the quality of this case. Perhaps they are experts on CD cases, whereas I am not.Anyway, maybe it's an age thing, but I still buy all my music on CDs, which I rip to FLAC to store on my Media Player. Whenever I'm in the local Poundland I'm drawn to the £1 Replay CDs shelf to see what I can find. Needless to say, they invariably have cracked or broken cases. I suppose I could leave them 'as is', but I figured the cost of a replacement case is relatively small so...As for the quality of these cases, personally, I'd argue that they are as good as the commercial case those CDs came in. In fact, in some cases, I'd argue they are better quality. The CD carrier re-fits firmly after inserting the back cover and the CD is held in place. When shut, it stays shut; not something I can say about some of my commercial CDs.Maybe the negative reviewers got a 'bad batch', but I'm very happy with the quality of the case I received.

These jewel cases are very good quality. They conform to the correct standard dimensions, which makes using software such as 'Nero' for producing the insertion paperwork and cover designs easy and accurate.The centre 'spider' holds the disc securely, so that the disc does not fall off the 'spider', neither does it rotate loosely. Pressing the centre 'spider' though, comfortably releases the disc.Possibly I would prefer the lids of the cases to close a little more firmly, but they are about the same as several other cases I have that were supplied with pre-recorded discs.So far I have used twelve of these cases, and all the spiders held the discs consistently good.The discs were boxed well, inside another box and they arrived in France in perfect condition and promptly, a day before the deadline.An excellent service from the seller.

One of the perils of buying CDs online is that invariably some will arrive cracked or broken from transit. I'm the kind of person who gets bugged by this so like to replace busted cases but, as others have said, jewel case quality out there varies enormously- some are truly dreadful; thin, brittle and generally nasty. These are among the best quality replacements I've seen- decent, pretty rigid plastic, completely transparent (not opaque like some rubbish quality ones), with a good closing mechanism, so it stays shut but doesn't require brute force to open. The trays (which are also clear) are easy enough to pop out and put back, but again, fit in place nice and tight. All round, not quite as good as some premium cases you'll find on shop bought CDs, and the plastic does have a very very slight blue tinge on the edges, unlike the proper cases which are crystal clear... but the quality isn't that far off, and is way better than most empty cases being sold by media outlets on the internet. Incidentally I bought mine from "Vision Media Store and Fulfilled by Amazon" and they arrived securely packaged with not a single case damaged; furthermore the cases were shrinkwrapped with no fingerprints, scratches or smudges. For someone like me, prone to being excessively orderly and fussy, these things matter!

HI THESE CASES ARE EXACTLY LIKE THE ONES WITH NEW CDs. I BOUGHT THESE AS REPLACEMENTS FOR BROKEN ONES, YOU KNOW YOU DROP THEM AND A BIT BRAKES OFF OR CRACKS, EVEN WHEN YOU BUY A CD AND ALL IT'S GOT IS A CARD ONE. EVERY ONE THAT LIKES PROPER CASES SHOULD GET THESE I RECOMMEND THESE HIGHLY STRONG WELL PRICED AND THEY ARRIVED FAIRLY QUICKLY. I WILL CERTAINLY ORDER THESE AGAIN WHEN NEEDED

If like me you have an extensive music collection on vinyl and CD there is nothing more frustrating than having damaged covers or jewel cases. If you have searched the market for quality replacements and been disappointed then STOP. These cases are absolutely 100% top quality, they are as you would expect when purchasing new CD's, I can't recommend them highly enough. They were also really well packaged. I am about to order the double cases now as I am on a roll... Thanks Vision Media.

Always come in handy as i like to buy cheap cds from ebay. Usually they are either cracked or scratched so these new cases are great for replacing old cd cases.

They came in decent shape. A few were broken and a couple broke after I opened them for the first time. However, for what I paid for them, they're very decent and were a worthwhile purchase.

They are great value for moneyand Iam happy with dvd cases.
