is there a way to download the mouse software without a dvd drive?

I know what you mean, because in the instructions which came with the mouse it tells you to insert a disk. I didn't have a disk either. However I checked Tecknet's website and you can download the software and manual from there. I've just installed it now. It appears to be software used to load and save settings and profiles. How do i switch the lights on and off?

There is a switch on the bottom with three settings, off, on and on with LEDs.

Do you know what warranty is given on this mouse? Mine has stopped working

Chances are there will be the standard 1 year warranty on it

Can you change the accuracy? I haven't seen people complaining about this but my mouse seems off, like where I'm pointing it is not where it goes

It took me a bit of playing about to get it to move comfortably. One of the top buttons switches the DPI which gets it close, then adjusted in windows for the finer adjustment. (not sure on other OS) I still use the DPI button for switching move speed for some games but takes practice to switch back smoothly.
