These do what they are supposed to do. They grow to full size in about 3 days, and they fascinate and satisfy children’s minds. To kids there is something magical about putting little things in water and watching them grow. Must be a primordial thing since it represents how life happens.

They take 3 whole days to get up to full size, and don't get that big. And then shrink as they dry. Not that cool

These are SO much fun! I purchased the sea creature version of these and my students (elementary age) absolutely loved them! So I ordered this dinosaur version of the growing toys and they were just as fun!I have to tell you that you will want to order several of these because it’s just so great watching and waiting for them to grow!The dinosaurs were better than the sea creatures because the kids and I were more versed in dinosaur names so it was easier to identify the dinosaurs as they grew but they were both great toys!

Such a good idea… but one that could kill your kid.I remember the 90’s, when seatbelts were optional and we all lived in a lawless world of doing what felt normal. Asbestos was a luxury, lead paint was delicious and all was well. Well, include these little guys in with them. They’re awesome, don’t get me wrong, however after purchase we did more research only to find that if they’re ingested by a kiddo or animal (they’re small, not hard to do) that it could easily result in death due to the chemical compounds used in the manufacturing and the design of soaking up their surroundings in order to grow.Stay away unless you don’t mind running the risk of death for your kiddo’s or pets.

This is a fun toy product/ science experiment for young children! My daughter loved helping me place the dinosaurs in a bowl of water and watching the grow and nearly triple in size! It took a couple of days but it was a great conversation opportunity for my daughter. She loved watching them get bigger and thought it was really cool that they were growing. This is really an affordable price. Moreover, after they are done growing you have a set of awesome dinos to play with. Great product, good quality, would recommend.

I went back and double checked the description and nowhere does it say that these take 48-72 hours to expand! I didn't know until I got the box in the mail, otherwise I would not have bought them. The description states you can put them in the tub and watch them grow. Not true! The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that they do still grow as stated and I'm hoping I can still put them to use. Do not plan to watch these grow in the bath or in any amount of a timely manner.
