How can I fold it back to fit in the travel compact bag?

The travel neck pillow is is a lot easier to fit into the travel bag than a regular foam pillow. Press the valve to squeeze out the air, half-fold, roll up the pillow as much as possible, then it can be easily put in the compact bag.

What is the size of the pouch with deflated pillow stored inside?

About the size of a soda can (if you don't include face mask), but it flexible enough you can smush it into a space the size of 2 decks of playing cards pretty easily.

Are there any contraindications for people with a sore neck? And does it have a heating function?

I actually had a very sore neck by the time I needed this. The pillow was perfect. Since I could easily adjust the air in it, I could get it just right for me. Used it the whole night flight. It does not have a heating function.
