Each box has 15 sheets. If you buy a quantity of 5 boxes, you will get 75 sheets total.

Has anyone successfully used this with mozzarella. I have mold problems with it wrapping the mozzarella in plastic wrap then place it in cheese bags.

I don’t wrap cheese in plastic bags, just the cheese paper. I believe the plastic wrap increases the moisture and may promote mold growth. I also check my fridge temperature to make sure it’s cold enough.

Where are these made?

It is just paper and does not keep the cheese well. It dries out since there is no liner.

Yes, to a point. According to the product information the bag or paper can be reused for the same type of cheese the oils start to bleed through. Of course, this happens with soft cheese quicker than hard ones. I have successfully reused the paper 3 or 4 times, depending on the cheese. You’ll be able to tell when it’s time for a fresh sheet. P..S. I only use the sheets. I found the bags to be less versatile.
