I was excited to use this product since most of our streams and rivers require single barbless hooks. After casting it was hard to get the blade to spin in calm current and every minor snag bent the hook all the way back.

As expected of PM spinners. They work reliably and have sharp hooks for a solid hook-up. Prefer these single hook models vs treble hooks for an easier unhook and cleaner, quicker releases. Worked great on some Oregon mountain brookies!

They work great as a spinner, but they twist up my line so I can't really use them without my line become a mess

Panther Martin spinners are among the best lures for trout and other species. I particularly like how these spinners are using J-hooks rather than treble hooks since J-hooks are much easier on the fish if you're a catch & release fisherman. As for another review mentioning problems with line twist, that’s a rigging problem, not a fault of the lure. Any spinner can introduce line twist unless a swivel is used on the mainline.
