Not bad, but power supplies die after about 3 years.
I have a bunch of these around my house. They all seem to work fine, but after about 3 years, the power supply in them starts to fail. One even started making an arcing noise that cause some concern. I've replaced each one that's failed. Here's to another 3 years.

Works, mostly.
The ball and socket joint is not tight enough to support every possible orientation of a classic Nest Cam, especially if the power adapter is plugged into a ceiling outlet. The socket and mount are somewhat flimsy plastic, not metal or a stronger type plastic. If you mount this in a common wall outlet and then move the camera to horizontal view, this should work sufficiently.

Kasa Cam AC Mount Replacements
We bought these because the Kasa Cam AC Mount is no longer available. The stick part of the Kasa mount fits into the socket of this one with the ball. Score.
