U Works exactly as described. Cleared up my eczema better than I thought. And actually out performed the medical cream that was prescribed by my dermatologist. Keep in mind, everyone's experience with this may be different due to the exact reason that may be causing your skin irritation. But from my experience, this is what helped me the most out all the products I have used.

I'm in the middle of a horrendous eczema breakout. After keeping it in check and not needing to visit a doctor for about 15 or so years, it has finally returned to childhood levels of "would you like some steroid cream to go with your steroid cream, oatmeal baths, vaseline, eucerin, and steroid cream?"I'm hoping to avoid the steroid cream this go around (skin patch tests, woo!), and in the meantime, trying to keep the skin clean and free of bacteria (so much skin has been torn off from sleeptime itching and some daytime itching), any soap or bodywash I used (all those 'all natural' and 'gentle on the skin!' claims are not for eczema sufferers) just made me itchy, painful, and miserable. This is the only stuff I can rub on my skin in the shower and not feel like my skin is being flayed off five minutes later. So long as I moisturize up after showering, it's wonderful. So, so wonderful.Eczema is awful. This stuff is great. If you're looking to try another solution, try this one. Maybe it won't work for you (eczema is like that), but I bet it will for most people!

This is an excellent product and I will never go back to bar soap or any other liquid soaps. It suds well enough and without the clogging of drains as many soaps eventually do. I have had to have a plumber break through a drain that had been almost totally blocked be hardened soap. It was a commercial establishment where individuals used the shower daily. But aside from the cleanliness I feel using Exederm Body Wash it's nice to know that it will never block the drains.

It's helps with my skin issues but I was hoping it would do more. Maybe I need to give it more time to work!

This body wash has been a life saver for me. I have adult acne and I am constantly battling flare ups with dermatitis on my back, chest and arms in addition to my face. I use this on both my face and body. It leaves you feeling clean but still moisturized. I will be buying more!

Very clean scent, and no after shower dryness. This body wash lathers very well, and it has a nice consistency. It definitely is not a cure for eczema, but this is the only body wash I have found that works better than other products meant for the same skin condition. I actually was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product, as I had never heard of it before. Out of desperation, I ordered it, and have been pleasantly surprised. I do wish it was more readily available in other markets.
