Do you mean like plug this into the a charging adapter and then plug that into the wall? If so yes I have mine plugged into a adapter and into the wall. If that's not what you meant then write back and I'll try to answer your questions I have had mine for years now and it works great I have the zflip and it charges great and used it on my other phone too

It does charge it but only horizontally not vertically. I'm returning it...

Not sure what your asking but it will charge the s20 fe alone if you If you plug it into the wall with a adapter and USB c charging cord hope that helps
