The lead sled weight bag is not for carrying any of the lead sleds, but for holding weights such as lead pellets to help stabilize a lead sled when the bag is filled and placed in its proper position on a lead sled.

Can these bags be filled with fertizler ?

I imagine you could if you put it in a zip lock bag first. I filled mine with small gravel but I put it in a gallon size zip lock bag first and it worked great.

Which is correct for large weight bag ? three dimensions listed: 10" x 16" x 2.5" , 10" x 16" x 25" , product details says 8.5 x 5.5 x 2 inches.

Hello, 10" x 16" x 2.5" is the correct dimension for the bag. That other dimension is the size of the package it comes in.

could i use range scrap instead of lead shot?

You can use whatever you like. I'd be careful with scrap though, likely to eventually put a hole in the bags.
