I am very pleased with this item, it is very good quality, the material is very soft on the skin, it really helps my swollen ankle.

These ice packs are great to use on arms and legs and far superior to putting ice blocks in a plastic bag and trying to hold it onto the required area.The straps are very study and I've had no issue with the quality of them.The neoprene outer material is also quite comfortable on skin and prevents discomfort while wearing.

Bought for a knee joint pain issue, larger than expected. Fair price and quick delivery. The packs don't seem to stay cold for long despite being in the freezer overnight so reverted back to a frozen packet of peas which were more helpful

Really easy to use and store. The plastic packaging they supply for freezer storage (to avoid smells from other freezer products) did tear but this does not hinder the quality of this product. I would highly recommend.

I've had a few different types of ice packs over the years and these are the most useful. I keep them in the freezer (in the plastic sleeve provided) and just place them on wherever needs cooling, even straight on bare skin, tightening the straps (if using) as the pack warms and become more pliable. They don't warm up too quickly but once I've stopped feeling their effect I flip the pack over (optionally resecuring it with a twist in the strap) for some extra cooling time. They are a reasonsble size to use on arms, wrists, ankles, knees and shoulders - just adjust their position (or use both packs) if you need wider coverage. I've not used them for heat as yet.

I have sciatica. I first put the items in the fridge but not cold enough, so then in the freezer. Very cold but, of course, frozen stiff! By the time they were flexible, not cold.Followed instructions for heating in microwave but one burst it's seam!You may have better luck!

These have been in the freezer a day and do not get cold. Absolutely rubbish!

Starting to ease my calf & shin splint issues.Presented beautifully with their own little pouch to store in the ice compartment & their own material Velcro pouch to attach to your leg.Great value for money.Highly recommend this great product from a small business!
