what is shipping weight?

shipping very expensive, Costco told me they were not going to have it in store and I so love the sop I ordered online...now it is back in the store and I am a bit upset! Will not order online for any Costco product again, just bide my time and wait for it!!!!

Pleased with product but not packing…

The product has worked fine for our laundry but the pod container arrived open with the lid off and pods spilled into the box. The box contained no packing material. Air pillow packing material could have likely prevented the container from opening. Fortunately none of the pods had burst.
