Any gel pens will smear - they take a little time to dry, but it usually will dry in seconds. However, a lefty could notice a little smearing...

What colors do you get? The pens pictured or white, metallic? The pictures do not match the written description.

It appears this is for those pictures. BIC does also offer in metallic and white/light series. I have all three sets, but this would be the basic set, which I recommend you start with.

Where can I purchase refills for these pens?

No where that I know of. I just buy new sets. They last a long time!
