Can you smell the green tea extract ? If so, wouldn’t that keep one awake and not relaxed?

Hello , no my husband do not smell green tea, he sleeps very well with his new blanket. He really likes .

Is it any warmer than just a normal cotton blanket? I just can't stand to be hot at night and wake up due to being hot.

The weight of the blanket doesn't make it any more or any less warm as a comparable blanket. It is as warm as a thin quilted blanket. Not too hot, but keeps you warm!

How do you wash this?

With this blanket make me hot while sleeping?

I am not sure how to answer that. I am definitely warm when I sleep under it. But I also have a fleece blanket and a down comforter on top of it, so by itself it is probably not too hot.
