Not even a little bit. Snug in the upper waist/rib area. Makes for a very flattering fit if you have a lower belly though! I ordered large, I’m around a size 12/14 with a lower c section belly. 5’8” 190 lbs , really, really like the fit; but she’s snug.

Go with your waist size. If your waist falls within the measurements of the small, get the small. The cup is decently spacious in this. I ordered an xxl because I was worried about it not fitting my chest, and I wish I’d gotten a large. It’s cute but too big, so the waist isn’t as flattering as it would be had I not sized up. And the chest area fits, but it’s full coverage, not the sexy cleavage look it would be with a smaller size as well.

If I am 5’8, 140lbs, what size would I be

I am 5’8”, weigh 138lbs. I have narrow shoulders. I usually wear a small. A small fit me well, but was a bit short from the shoulder to the crotch...though it didn’t dig into my lady parts because the fabric is wide, not thin to ride up side you like thong undies would. I reordered a medium and it’s a bit large in the shoulders, but the shoulder to crotch fits perfectly and doesn’t touch the lady parts. A large would be much to big IMO. I will keep the medium.
