What is the osmolality and ph properties for this lubricant?

pH of 4.5 and an osmolality below 1200 mOsm/kg

Can this be used with silicone toys?

This is a water soluble lubricant with silicone. As far as I know, you are safe. I have not had any problems with my silicone device.
