I am very pleased with this pair of simple torches, and disagree with those who said that the plastic feels flimsy. These are not as robust as torches made of e.g. aluminium, but are quite robust enough for my intended use. The packaging says that 30 hours of usage can be expected (from the 2 AA batteries - which are included), with a 35 metre range (which I haven't tested) and 25 lumens of brightness. So not a very bright light - but quite enough to light up a bedroom at night, or the recesses of a large cupboard. (I've put one of the pair of torches in a bedside drawer, and the other in a drawer in the kitchen.) An inexpensive and helpful addition to the home!

Good like these torches the fact that you get four is great I’ve put them in several drawers throughout my flat just in case I should happen to need one for several reasons! The beam on them is good as quite bright. They are a nice size similar to a can of pop yet of course much slimmer. They have a handle attached which is good. Only received the other day so not quite sure on the power yet. If the power lasts a while would have given five stars. Only time will tell. Pleased. 👍

First of all...Great Price! Second the torches are robust and small enough to place almost anywhere. One is in the glove compartment of my car for emergencies; second is in a safe place in house. These torches give a very good amount of light and is way bright enough for most things. Switch is firm yet easy to switch from off to on. They are plastic but once again robust and durable (not waterproof). Remember to remove the yellow/orange sticker from off the base of the bulb where the AA battery connects to before using. These are a wise investment and come with decent batteries also.

Wasn’t sure what to expect as the price is cheap especially as it includes batteries. The torch is simple but well built and uses AA batteries which are supplied - you need to remove the plastic cover that is on the end of the bulb before you can use and power it on. The beam is great nice and bright and the design is simple enough for me to give each of my young children a torch - blue and yellow. Batteries seem to last a long time and the torch appears sturdy so it won’t shatter if it’s dropped. Really good value especially as batteries are included. Recommended.
