This only uses 1 outlet. It's a dual sensor so only one connector needed.

Yes. According to the AP8865 documentation, it supports both the APC AP9335T and AP9335TH model. This should work fine for it.

When used in conjunction with the network monitoring card, it does have the ability to alert via e-mail.

Q: Can this be plugged into one of the universal i/o ports on the ap9641 network management card?
