Amazing .. very good device however loud sounds in the ice functions

Cold water button started leaking after one month
Appeared solid but the plastic button for cold water started to leak water after a month.Unfortunately 2 weeks after the end of the return period :-(

Best invention
We were tired of buying ice bags or filling the ice tray.. until we found this.. best invention ever. Options of cold, hot and normal water PLUS ice cubes all the time any time 👍

Item broke with less than one month use
Water dispenser broke with less than one month of usage. Water keeps trickling down on the cold water and when trying to contact the company that sells it they never answer the land line. It’s almost as if it’s just a ghost company set up

Nice to have ice ready to go
So far I consider it a very good investment. Does not consume too much water to produce the Ice and the water dispenser looks very reliable.
