HOW do i buy extra prongs forcmy collar?

Depends on how large of a neck your dog has. If you have a dog with thicker neck I’d order a few extra links just to be safe.

My dog measures 16', what size should I order. He is a puppy 7 months old.

My dog trainer recommended I start with this and add links as I go. I had to buy extra links right away as my then 6 month old boxer/lab pup was too big for the collar. I added 3 more links and it was good. She is now almost 10 months and I bought another set of links and added 2 of the links. So if this collar does not fit just buy extra links and add them.
