Q: Why does my hands feel so dry after taking a bath using the keri oil and my body felt dry also?

good evening Mr. Davis! I have been a nurse since 1968 and the original Alpha Keri was a staple...your timing for this question is perfect, as I bought a bottle of Alpha Keri for one of my patients to be used as a foot soak. I have never had anyone say that the oil dried their skin...so, I haven't seen your skin so it is purely conjecture on my part...here goes. Perhaps the oil softened some dry callousy type skin that existed and what you are actually feeling is the shedding of this skin. I would probably use the oil for another time or two, to see if the dryness disappears and healthy moisturized skin begins to surface...of course there is always going to see you doctor! I don't know. I only apply it after my bath or shower.

Faint smell, does not smell like lavendar or vanilla to me.

Q: Is just the bottle blue or is the oil blue? I'm looking for clear oil.

The oil is blue and the bottle is clear.
