This price is for one?

I buy a lot of stuff off Amazon, but this price is ridiculous! I just went online at Michael's and bought 3 cakes for $5.00 each. The everyday price is $8.00 with them. So this is a crazy, crazy, price Amazon!

Why is the price of this merchant's caron cakes yarn nearly double the price of jo-anne's fabrics and michael's?

This yarn was bought at regular retail price not wholesale the way that Jo-Annne's or other big name craft stores are able to buy it at. I also have other expenses that come along with selling like fees I will be charged, and packing materials.

why is the price so high?

The price determined by our cost of good, Amazon's listing fees and we included shipping and handling cost when many others will charge an additional shipping and handling fee. We try to keep our prices as low as possible but we are a business and can not afford to sell at a loss.

Is this a bulky size 6?

No it is not bulky I use a size H crochet needle or a #5 knitting needle to work with this yarn.
