Product arrived and is extremely thick will not come out hole in drops as described. Does that mean its old?

During storage, the top part of the product somewhat thickens and solidifies (like paint), so you have to shake the bottle or stir it vigorously before using. It will come out of the bottle easily once the product liquefies properly. There is no expiration date written on the bottle but chemicals like this usually lasts a very long time. It’s an excellent product and it took me about 3-4 minutes to restore one headlight in my 20 year old van with only 4 to 5 drops per headlight. It’s a lot more effective when compared to other headlight restorers and is fraction of the cost if done by a repair shop.

Would this work on Jeep soft top windows?

I would be afraid to try it. The results on hard poly plastics are decent, but require lots of work. I’d hesitate to inflict that on your Jeep’s soft top windows.

Would this be good to remove spots on front loader washer?

ABSOLUTELY ! This will not scrat h the surface and trust me when I say a little goes a LONG WAY...That bottle will last you for 10+ years using it on odds and ends things....mower light, car lights and anything else that needs a good cleaning!

how can I make it thinner, what is it's Dilute?
