How do you get all of the product out of the container since it has a pump?

I bought a small spatula like item at Wal-Mart and usually get another five days' worth of moisturizer out of one of these bottles after the pump stops pumping product. can you use this on eyes

Not my eyes!!!! I never use on eyes ( above lids) because I notice during the very hottest days, if I perspire a lot, if any moisture gets in my eyes, they will burn terribly from the cream on my forehead. I definitely don't put it anywhere near my eyes or lids. I only use this product in cooler months.
