Flat tire after one day
My eight year old son was really excited about this scooter when he got is Christmas morning. Sadly, after the first day the back tire went flat. He didn’t run anything over and I can’t find any type of puncture. Literally just went flat as an eight year old was riding it.*Update* Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars due to their customer service. I sent them an email and they immediately responded asking if I would like refund or a complete replacement. We decided to go with the refund and they had it processing back to my card within 24 hours.

Good price, decent quality
Awesome scooter. Very solid construction.Only problem is they bubble wrapped parts prior to assembly. So had to cut away bubble wrap from under brackets and rails....only reason they lost a star

Worst instructions ever
UPDATE: On the 3rd time riding this scooter, the brakes malfunctioned and one whole brake pad actually ripped off. This very well could have been our fault because there are not detailed instructions on the brakes. I contacted the company to try to get a replacement brake piece. I think there was a language barrier and we couldn’t get the customer service rep to understand the problem even when photos were sent. To my total surprise, they ended up sending us a brand new scooter. I misunderstood and thought they were only sending the one part so this was quite the surprise. I’m very happy about this because now we have a whole scooters worth of replacement parts.Original Review:Overall this looks like a nice scooter and should do my son for a while. The first thing we did was remove the tacky stickers from it and it immediately looked more expensive. The instructions that came with it are the absolute worst instructions I have ever seen. They do not include a list of parts, a list of tools needed or actually describe the steps. We are handy people, I assemble things all the time with very little effort. I've assembled many bicycles and scooters in the past. The video was useless as to how to install the handlebars, it only covered brakes and had only cheesy music, no actual verbal instructions so you had to kind of guess what the guy was doing. The guy in the video was using tools that were not included nor listed as needed for the job. The videographer also did not zoom in when he should have to show the small details. It took us 10 times longer than it should have to get this thing put together because the directions suck so bad. It's too bad because I would have given this 5 stars if there were even halfway decent instructions. It is a nice scooter especially for the price but be prepared to get extremely frustrated with the assembly.

Good quality
For the money, this Scooter is really nice. If you know anything about bicycles, this thing is nothing to put together. My 7yr old jumped on it and took off. We live in a rural area so the roads are rock, he rides over it with ease. I jumped on it at 170lbs and rode it for a while. I really should get two more so my wife and I will let him ride his.

Don’t waste your money or time.
The media could not be loaded. Two main comments:- The assembly process is not friendly at all. I bought 3 scooters for different family members and this was by far the worst. Instructions are unclear and scooter comes in as many parts as possible (versus the others that you just have to assemble one or two pieces). Tools are also terrible. You even have to set up the brakes!2. Once that was finally done, realized the front wheel doesn’t fit correctly, as it hits the main frame when you want to turn, which makes it completely unsafe and difficult to maneuver.Unfortunately had to return this item.
