will it work on benelli m4?

Yes. This Holosun should work on the Benelli so long as you have the right mount. I am sure you can get an aftermarket mount so the site can be attached to a standard rail.

Is this model compatible with HK P30?

HK doesn't ship optics ready P30s. They introduced the striker-fired VP9, which is meant to replace the hammer-fired P30, in several optics ready versions. After market slide modification is required to mount optics on the P30.
