Can it be used to clean exterior home sidings?

No is it on the house it just does not handle the job we returned it

I need to clean the outside window frames around 2nd story windows. will this reach ? do i need an extension of any sort ?

These don't have enough pressure to reach a 2nd floor window. You have to be right on top of your object for them to do any good.

My battery isnt charging

Not sure. Possibly the “wall wart”, the chunky piece you plug into the outlet, is not functioning properly so the battery isn’t charging. Another possibility, the other end that plugs into the battery charging case isn’t plugged in all the way. I assume this is a good battery and an old one.
