No it isn’t It’s maybe equal size 10

I don't know if 12 is the largest but they are very wide and the top allows you to make them as wider and smaller depending on the swelling. My left foot is extremely swollen and the right foot changes during the day. I would get the largest pair and if they don't fit return them. I am so thrilled I can wear shoes again and even have different colors that I reccomend them to everyone.
