Mcdavid 6500 Hex Padded Arm Sleeve,Compression Elbow Pad for Football/Volleyball, Baseball Protection,All size-Single Unit

I get these arm sleeves for my father a dialysis patient who experiences the thin brittle skin common for people with kidney disease. These sleeves are a lifesaver and he goes nowhere without them. Simple things like reaching down for the seatbelt release tend to tear off patches of skin. With these sleeves we have lessened the amount of skin tears and gouges and improved his attitude towards travel outside the home. I highly recommend getting several pairs for any family member with these skin issues. As a plus they come in lots of colors including team colors which helps make them "fashionable". They are machine washable and dry easily with other clothes in the dryer. Colors don't seem to fade and even after several washings they don't appear to be wearing out.Saves a ton on band-aids and dressings. More than makes up expense of purchase.

I like it for what it is supposed to do, but I think the picture looks a little better than it really is. The elbow pad is not as thick as it looks in the picture. In reality, it is a little less bulky than that. I feel like you could dang near take a baseball bat to the elbow in this picture but the actual sleeve does not feel like that. Also, the McDavid symbol does not align perfectly over the top of the hand like it looks in the picture. Both of my sleeves, when the padding is perfectly over the elbow, puts the logo closer to the palm than the top of the hand- which makes it a little awkward (would look cooler right above the top of the hand). Other than that, I am a weight lifter who has toned arms and a medium is a little too small for me. Will try Large next time.

Comfortable

I have a few of these in different colors. I have tendonitis and they really help. I have horse's and barn chores have done a number on my body. These are awesome year round. Summer they protect my skin as well as cool it. I get them wet and it makes a huge difference in the heat. Highly recommend!

Ad was not clear regarding it came only one piece in the package. I bouht believeing it was a PAIR! Product is very good.

Very confortable and the size fits great. Protective wear when taking a hard fall. The elbow is protected.

My son loves it. Be sure to measure and don't expect a lot of stretch at the edges. Expect to wash it every couple uses - the material smells like fish.

Exceeded expectations!

Used for extra protection on my stick elbow. So far l haven't taken a really hard shot so l don't know if it will do the job.
