I jut started using this product - the taste was not super sweet which I appreciate. I'm assuming it will take about a month to see how effective it is on my joints......as with everything that is beneficial, consistency is key.

This is my favorite collagen boost. Science-backed and it dissolves well in water with a pleasant orange taste.

This is the same collage that Dr. Mary Clare Haver sells on her site in a different package. I love that they've taken the plastic spoon out and the packaging is recyclable. The no flavor mixes into anything. My nails are so strong, my joints are painfree, my skin is clear and I feel strong. This collagen in concert with my creatine have boosted my workouts and overall how I feel. Totally recommend it, especially if you've hit your 40s and you feel like everything is falling apart.

There is something very bad in this. I have taken many types of collegen so when my husband needed to take a supplement, I looked for a high quality product. It's well known there are heavy metals and other extra substances in some collegen products but when my husband had an immediate reaction to this (hives & itching) it took us a while to figure out what was causing it. He stopped using it, hives went away and he convinced himself it was something else so he took it again... hives came back. About a month later I started to take it since I'm used to collegen and I had a bad inflammatory skin response as well. My eyes nearly swelled closed. He was the one who asked if I was taking this product. I stopped & now my skin is fine. High price means nothing, go with a more well known product since there is something very bad in this. It has little black specs in it as well though that could be anything.
