I did not received a remote with these candles, do they come with one? If not, how do I get them to work?

I love these candles. They don't work with a remote. You have to unscrew the bottom to put in your batteries and on one side of the battery area is a switch. You can choose to turn them off and on every day (what a pain) or you can choose the timer mode and it will begin at the same time every day and end that way as well. These candles are so beautiful lit. I hope this answers your question. Enjoy and stay safe!

Mine got wet and no longer works. Anyone else have a problem with the “waterproof” factor

What is the max distance between the remote and candle for the remote to work?

The farthest distance I have gone is 8 feet. I set mine for a certain on/off time so really don’t use the remote.

One of my candles won’t turn off even when i move the switch to off. i’ve tried this repeatedly. how do i get them to fully turn off?

Return them total junk not waterproof, after a week they just stay on with no way to turn off , tried 3 sets
