How do you fold the handle? It feels like it will break!

It is a bit stiff and it does feel that it may break but it doesn't! You have to be quite forceful with it to get it to fold the first couple of times until it loosens up.

How long is the cord? Many different answers given!!

Full extended, from the bottom of the plug to the red safety marker it is 54 inches.

Will a Conair diffusser fit on the end of this dryer? What is the diameter of the end where air comes out?

Don't know about the Conair. The diameter of the blower end is 2 3/16 (this is in the previously answered questions).
