Not sure, typo possibly or dual purpose role for a marine application. I ordered the part and it was an exact replacement for a 2009 Honda CRV PCV valve. Hope this helps

Is this really a genuine part??

Don't buy it. I did, after using ones I bought over the counter at a Honda dealership. I replace at 20kmiles. This one while installing slip in two. And fell back into the engine. Almost horrible. I retrieved it but the small metal parts fell down into the alternator and took it out. 400 bucks. Don't buy it.
