So far so good. Got a light plugged in to turn on at dusk, this works a treat.

The plugs are incredibly easy to install and the app works flawlessly. It makes it easy for myself and family members to control the lights even while away from home.The plugs were purchased solely to replace a faulty smart plug that I use with Alexa. Unfortunately I could not get them to work with Alexa. The Alexa app even failed to recognise the devices.Recognising it utilised the 2.4Ghz of the WiFi I even reduced the entire WiFi network to this frequency and it did not resolve the issue.I would comfortably say that the plugs are not compatible with Alexa despite what the product description states.As a standalone item they work well but not with Alexa.

I bought them as a novelty to go with our new echo dot. But actually I can see they’d be useful for the disabled and people with limited movement. I’ve attached my two to the kettle and the lamp. Now I can just switch on the water from my bed and don’t have to go downstairs in the cold to wait for the kettle to boil. Feel strong and good quality.

It was really easy to set up. The design is good as it’s not too big. It works well with the Alexa and is easy to pair. It also works well on the voice command.I found using it with things like lamps worked as it should, no issues. But it doesn’t seem to work with kettles (after googling smart plugs I was skeptical if this would really work anyway. But that’s no biggie). It doesn’t seem work well with TVs or Sky, it seems to reset them so they have to reboot each time. Not only does this take a long time, but whenever you reboot a sky box you have to get the remote to turn it on! So unless it’s a user error, TVs and Sky boxes are a bit pointless which is a shame. But for other gadgets it does work well.
