Excellent design. Comfortable and fully protects hands from hot pans. Magnet conveniently holds it onto the side of the oven. Only thing that might be an issue is not being able to tumble dry after a wash.

Love these oven gloves, with the magnet easy to place on fridge or oven.

The Le Creuset oven mitt is just one glove and sometimes I think you might want two but otherwise is a rather nice heavy textile glove or gauntlet which is really quite long, so has a better chance of protecting your arm against catching it on the oven. It also has a magnet in the lining so it can be attached to any steel surface in your kitchen, like an oven door.

The mitts were stiff to start with but softened up after some use. The heat resistance is good and you can wipe them down. However, there is one drawback - putting magnets in them so they can be hung up together. This may seem like a useful idea until they grab a hot sliding oven rack and it takes you a few seconds to work out what’s going on in which you could catch an unprotected part of your arm and get burned. The magnets are a bit of a pain near anything metal to be honest. They grab hold of anything containing iron within their reach - such as cutlery from trays when dishing up.Hope they make them without the magnets in future.

This is my second mitt. I’ve had my previous one for 9 years and it still is going strong. I only bought the 2nd as it was on special offer. It is protective without being too thick to grip a hot oven tray, comfortable and washes well. It also has a magnet within the fabric which can adhere to the metal on the oven door. I certainly recommend it but would like to see more colour options. Mine is black!

Good quality gloves.Ideal for those with larger hands or need the flexibility to slip them on /off quickly & easily. Some may find them too big but not the guys in my house.
