I checked on-line to see what natural ingredients are thought, or have studies that have shown, to make a difference for BPH. This product has them all and nothing else.I take one morning and evening and I think it's making a difference. I don't want to stop taking it to find out.

Good product! Package was poorly done. Bottle was free to crash about in the box. Last bottle contained several broken capsules.
