Was exact the part needed. I have a 2000 Lincoln LS Sport 5 speed manual transmission with a V6. There was no info on that specific model. I took a chance and the hose was exactly what I needed. There were some reviewers that said the bleeder tube was an issue and some said you needed an additional hose to complete the job... but found all that to be not true. ** Takeyour time, use correct tools, and you will have zero issues. **

Works for a Lincoln LS
This will work for a Lincoln Ls. Installed on a 2004 LS 3.0. Had to run a longer hose from small nipple to intake. Should work on 2003-2006 LS 3.0

Fits 2005 Lincoln LS with different upper small hose
Had to replace the upper small hose that goes to the air intake manifold with a longer flexible coolant hose. Ran it straight out and over the top of the manifold. Couldn't find the part that fits 2003, 2004, and 2005 LS V6 anywhere. This works for a replacement if the small hose is changed.

Ok so this part according to google is not made anymore so finding it on Amazon was great. It's not the exact one but the one I took off was held on with zip ties and electrical tape.. by the previous owner. I'm a girl and I figured it out.

Bleed valve seems very flimsy
When the first one arrived the plastic valve was loose and when I took it out it was full of bits of plastic. These turned out to be the screw thread of the valve.Presently awaiting a replacement.This hose does not seem to be as robust as the original which is concerning.I have since had a replacement and this replacement is also DEFECTIVE.The O ring on the bleed valve is damaged. It looks like it has not been inset correctly and is subsequently damaged. FORTUNATELY I have my own supply of O rings and can replace it. I am debating whether to return this it as I am now even more unsure if the product quality.Further update. After about a year the bleed valve is now leaking. Have had to zap strap it shut. Now need another new top hose but not from this supplier
