It's the short strand fiberglass filler
This stuff goes on smooth and sands real nice. It seems to stick real good. I dropped some on an unsanded area and few days later went to scrape it off and it actually pulled a chunk of the gelcoat off with it. Never had that happen with the other brands. The only drawback is that it's a quart short of a full gallon. I'm going to start using this in place of ever coat.
