Im painting a 2006 Saturn Ion 3 with single stage acrylic enamel per panel removed from the car to do crack repair on all the panels that need it. One thing i didnt even think of was overspray and it got pleanty the paint felt like sandpaper but the gun sprays very smooth. Dont get me wrong with that much overspray on the paint i had to earn the removal and some places i had to wipe it down 2 times and in some places the overspray actually started rolling up in balls the front bumper was the worst but the roughness is now gone and the bar has no sound rubbing accross the paint. Ive only painted 3 cars in my lifetime so yes the overspray was a rookie mistake but this saved me from having to wetsand the car down prematurely. Ide rather not do the wetsand and polish till next summer. In the meantime its useing a product that does UV protect and shine.

I originally bought a Chemical Guys clay bar kit to detail my Jeep Cherokee. I worked fine but was expensive. I wanted to detail our Subaru Outback but the bar got contaminated so I opted for this kit. It’s much less expensive, does a good job of cleaning the paint surfaces and you get multiple tablets to make up more than enough lubricant spray. The car was incredibly smooth when I finished and looked fantastic after a finish coat of 303 graphene nano spray. Wish I’d done this on all my cars over the past decade!

The out come wasn't what I expected it to be. My vehicle has various spots where I have applied touchup paint. I was expecting the product to smooth out and blend in with the rest of the paint. The product for the most part did smooth out the touchup paint, but it didn't bleed in with the other paint

You would spend a small fortune buying this amount of clay bars, spray lube, and a high quality microfiber cloth at a local parts store.The towel is very nice, bottle is good, clay does what it's supposed to (hard to remove from plastic though). Overall you cannot beat it for the price.

When you are able to finally get the clay bars out of the plastic wrapper you lose 1/3 of the bar, the plastic they come in is cheap and the material is so stuck to it, that you have to literally cut the product away, other than that it works like this system should work, just don't like giving up product I paid for.

Haven't used yet but comes with like 5 clay bars and has everything you need. Look forward to using it.

I'll start by saying they give a ton of product for the price, more clay than ill ever use lol. The tablet idea is awesome, and seemed to create a great slippery surface. This is an easy to do process and works well on most cars. However, it left streaks on my car that I couldn't get off. Almost like a greasy wax film. My car is ceramic coated, so that could be part of the issue. I tried washing my car again, even tried a surface prep solution and the streaks were still there. I ended up having to polish my whole car. Again, not blaming the product since nobody else seemed to have the issue. But just something to look out for if you have ceramic coated your car.
