Good tool
works well, car compatibility in description doesn’t seem to be correct. i needed for toyota sienna vans as we just got handful in at work. the description did not show it as compatible for this vehicle, i took a shot anyways and it does fit on sienna oil filter

works the way it should!
The design of this wrench is just what it should be for a Toyota filter cartridge. I used this for the first oil change on my brand new 2024 4Runner. Used properly it works!I do my own oil changes and encourage others to do the same. I read way too many stories, including my own, of shops and dealers' screw-ups: Stripped or too tight drain plug, cartridge too tight or broken, O-ring in the wrong location, missing or bent access cover, over/under filled oil! This is an easy job, and you don't have to gorilla arm this stuff to prevent leaks! Use a torque wrench if you're not sure! Be safe and use Jack stands. Do it yourself and do it right for peace of mind.

Well designed, works as intended when used correctly
This oil filter wrench fits great and easily loosened the filter element on my 2021 Lexus NX300. For some reason, Lexus technicians tighten the filter housing so tight that traditional oil filter tools don't work. This wrench has two drive points: 1) A raised hex boss that fits a 24mm socket and, 2) A 3/8" square drive opening to fit a ratchet or breaker bar. To avoid breaking the wrench as many have reported, skip the 3/8" ratchet and use a 24mm socket and ratchet or breaker bar to drive it. I used a 1/2" drive 24mm socket to be safe, but I probably could have also used a 3/8" drive since the socket is high strength steel vs die cast aluminum for the wrench. The socket adds just enough extension to clear the lower panels and rotate it. It came loose with no drama and I was able to replace the filter element quickly and easily.
