Mopar68060405AB Jeep Wrangler Black Hard Top Touch Up Paint

I had slightly chipped the edge of the top of my Jeep Wrangler when removing it. This touchup worked perfectly. The chip is gone. Very easy to use.

I was looking for flat black touch up paint for my fiberglass Jeep Wrangler hardtop. This seems to be gloss black but it still did okay for touching up my fiberglass top.

My 2011 Jeep Wrangler JK had several chips in the black paint of the hard top. This touch up paint was an excellent/perfect color match. I cleaned the area aggressively with rubbing alcohol on a paper towel. It removed dirt and debris and degreased the area for painting. I let it dry then followed the instructions on the box. I found the brush applicator to be the best option for paint chips and larger areas. Overall I am very pleased with the results!

Great color match for my 2017 jk matte black hardtop, only potential drawback is it’s thick so results in a layer of paint slightly higher vs surrounding areas but that’s barely noticeable and definitely looks better than the chipped paint did before.

blends in very well with the Jeep's oem black cover. taking the top off and putting it on can leave some edges chipped and this stuff does a really good job of covering it up

I used this product on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK hardtop and it is a perfect match. The product comes with a cleaning tip as well as a paint tip. It also comes with a paint brush for bigger areas and I found it to be the most effective. I would recommend this to anyone who owns a hardtop and either frequently removes it or swaps it out season to season as it can conceal all the blemishes that may come with handling.
