I have just ordered a second packet for my husband who is type 2. He’s been taking one capsule a day alongside others supplements and is due to get his bloods done again this week. His meds had also changed so I’m hoping for a better result although appreciate it’s not all down to supplements. Otherwise easy capsule to take. No issues with supplier.

Very sneaky way of advertising, I thought it was 500mg because the actual labelling says 500mg and Amazon says6000What is all that about????Well not buying it gain - false advertisingMade me believe it was 500 mg when it's 250mg.

Parents love it

Prompt service and delivery but not impressed with the way it was packaged and delivered . This should have been in bottles or bluster pack . So not sure of its efficacy as the packaging may not be the correct protection . There is the possibility that these may fall out of the plastic bag when taking them out and if several fall out of the bag , these will become contaminated and unsafe to swallow . Whoever dispensed these could not have taken into consideration the health and safety aspects …. focus being on making quick bucks . Future buyers must take these points I have made , into consideration. I worked for decades in the NHS .

Works well

I’m really not sure about this product and you will have to treat it with caution. It does increase flatulence and stomach cramps which is not pleasant. I also experienced daily diarrhea. Did it help? No
