Great boost of energy
It’s a great preworkout that doesn’t give that itchy feeling. I get an awesome boost of energy from it.The flavor is terrible. I’ve had approximately 10 servings so far and i know what to expect flavor wise, but it’s still terrible every time.I’m not sure I’ll order it again, it is a good value for the cost/servings and it really is a good energy boost, but please improve the flavor.

Best preworkout
When I first tried i definitely forgot to eat something before(ended up with the itchy feeling) . But I will say it got the job done for sure !! Went through my workouts with a breeze . Make sure to eat something before drinking it though ! Or you will feel the tingles lol . It’s not that bad though just a weird feeling

Buyer Beware! Contains MALTODEXTRIN that spikes your blood sugar! Therefore, can cause weight gain.Also contains synthetic chemical artificial flavors and sucralose. I now avoid these at all costs and opt for healthy options that don't destroy my gut and metabolism. Do your research before buying! This is not a good supplement for your health!!! They need to have an ingredient overhaul! Til they do, I am looking for other options and throwing the rest of my Nuticost Preworkout in the trash where it belongs! It's complete garbage!

Quality pre-workout
If you are searching for a quality pre-workout, this is it!! I was ordering the regular nutricost pre-workout until the ingredients changed and it was labeled X for extreme. The nutricost women's pre-workout is 200mg caffeine per scoop, has taurine, has L-theanine in it, and the fruit punch flavor is very tasty. On heavy lift days at the gym, I will take 2 scoops of pre-workout, add in 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, and 3-4 grams of HMB. Highly recommend this product.

Taste ok. Doesn't mix well.
The taste is tolerable. I suppose that's expected. It does not mix well at all. No matter how much I stir, I leave behind a lot of the mix.
