Unless you're doing illegal anabolics, or some shady peptides, this is the only supplement you can count on for improving strength, energy and muscle endurance. But it will do nothing if you don't lift weights.This Nutricost version is so fine it dissolves completely, is tasteless (so you can even put it in coffee) and at 5g per day, has not given me any gastrointestinal distress at all. There's no need to spend more. Also, current guidance (which Nutricost should update on their label) is to not bother with a loading phase. Just take one scoop a day, and it will build in your system pretty soon without any gastro issues. The key is consistency, not quantity.Don't hesitate, just buy it.

Excellent value, and an excellent product. I look for properly sourced, quality tested and controlled in my supplements and this Nutricost product checks all those boxes. Creatine makes for a nice compliment to better nutrition and the health benefits have been shown to be both physical and mental. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it is a little gritty, and does not mix as well as it should. But that is a small nitpick, and I will stick to this brand for my future creatine. I highly recommend it.

Effective. Tasteless and goes great with an electrolyte pack. I believe it’s effective, and my results are noticeable with weight training. Just a bit gritty, but if you continue to shake your bottle and drink over 30 mins in a liter you don’t notice. Smooth enough. Great price.During my loading week of 20g I experienced digestive issues only when I chugged it fast. If diluted into a liter and consumed slowly over an hour no problems. Zero issues at regular dose of 5g.

Unflavored stirs into liquid easily, but it doesn't dissolve. I mix it either into a coffee drink or a lemonade, but always drink with a straw to get all the powder. Never any grittiness noted. It's a great value and fairly easy to take. I remembered to come review this after getting an ad for Creatine Monohydrate gummies that were an insane $1.20 a serving, almost 5x what this runs.
