Goplus 43'' Step Platform Adjustable Fitness Aerobic Stepper 4" - 6" - 8" Non-Stick Surface W/Risers

A few weeks ago I started physical therapy for my knee. My therapist uses tons of diverse exercise equipment you would see in the gyms of today and yesterday. When the therapist gave me an exercise to do on one of these Fitness Aerobic Step Platforms, it reminded me of how I had always wanted to try a step class. I did a lot of research on the web regarding these platforms and decided on this Goplus 43" Adjustable Fitness Aerobic Step. I am happy with this purchase for many reasons. This platform is durable, well made and non-slip. The price was reasonable for this style of step platform.Since Step routines incorporate moves from all sides of the platform as well as traveling from side to side, I am glad I purchased this 43" step vs. a shorter one.If you are looking for a fun aerobic activity that doesn't cost very much, and yields a good workout, give Step a try. If you have a streaming device that can access YouTube, you can get moving with free step workouts from beginning to advanced.I have been using this platform every day for the past week and am ecstatic with this purchase.Update 4 years later: Still using this step a few times a week with no signs of cracking or wear that necessitates replacement.

It came damaged. Sending it back. 😔. It looks like this may have been pre-owned. The grip was torn. That’s not acceptable I could fall and hurt myself.Update: The seller made everything right. Very nice and considerate customer service.They were so kind that I decided to give the company a second chance. I reordered the stepper and I love it. Very solid and able to hold my weight. The center does give some but not much. Anti slip on the top. The 4 risers are for more advanced workouts. I definitely recommend this stepper. It is also very wide.

So far so good ... purchased this for the color; normally purchase Yes4All products but like I said - it was the color that grabbed me. Everything seems the same; size, quality, durability (time will tell). I'm excited to see how this holds up.

Locally, I could only find one step platform for sale and it was half the length and smaller width. It was also half the price of this platform. But it was unsatisfactory for real step workouts here at home. Glad I found this, as it's everything I need, and cost less than similar ones sold here on Amazon by others.

I received this step today and was amazed at how long it was! I started working out right away and was so pleased with it's stablity and sturdiness. The beautiful green color is an added bonus! I really love it and am looking forward to using it on a regular basis!

balance issues and strength building for legs

I have used this once a week for 3 months. I have a large crack down the entire length of the board. Poor quality. It says it can hold up to 550lbs, but I weigh 220. Poor quality.
