Wonderful for crab meat au gratin, and crabcakes! The crab is fabulous.

Absolutely delicious! Arrived quickly, packaged well with lots if still frozen gel paks. What really impressed me, though, was how well this crab meat was picked. I found no more than 3 pieces of she'll in a couple of the cans, and no shell whatsoever in the others. Cans are packed full of meat, no water or oil. I highly recommend you try this. I promise you won't be disappointed.

So I got two of these containers because we make very large crab cakes. They made 6 huge cakes. The amount of lump vs shredded was incredible. It was literally half and half. The recipe on the back was perfect. I didn't have Worcester sauce, so I mixed 1 tsp rice wine vinegar with 1 tsp of ketchup, and 1 tsp of soy sauce. NAILED IT. I also added just a touch more dijon because we love the zing. I will be a forever customer of this brand and only with I would have photographed our crab cakes because we devoured them
