Missing parts
The product is in good shape but the parts included are nothing like what’s in the manual and I’m unable to use it to attach to my car. Such a waste.Updated review: I gave it another try and managed to attach it but still there was one strap missing and no labels on the strap sizes and they were soooo close in size. I had to get an engineer friend to help me set it up with zip ties.
