Having the correct part
Received 2 left lower control arms . Sent a email last week got no reply. Would still buy products from Detroit axle. Just a mistake was made . Still waiting on a reply back . So i can send back the axle. Brought a right sided axle from another auto store cause i couldn't wait

The company is a ripoff!!!
The company list the strut for a 2013 ford fusion. The strut are really for later model. I sent the strut back for a refund and call back to see if I could get a refund since the strut didn't fit the car. So I when to a few auto parts store to get strut that fit. Not one stores listed that part number for the 2013. Would not sell me the same part that this company said fix. Call back after 3 week of call backs. After all that and an a day trying to put the strut that didn't not fit on my car. The call person said the company not sendimg me a refund and they where keeping the strut. Customer service was real awful. I will never buy from this company.

Didn't get all my parts in the kit. After waiting for two weeks to get the kit, I still didn't get all my parts. 283.00 dollars for half a kit

Mounts will break and customer service is appalling
When I installed these struts, one of the mounting bolts on the top snapped clean off. I was tightening them down by hand using a ratcheting wrench; they weren't even tightened to the point where one would switch to a torque wrench when the bolt snapped.I reached out to the company, and their only and immediate response was they wanted to know if it was "manipulated by a certified mechanic." They made it clear that they don't care about the quality of their parts - they only care if they can get away with saying "we don't stand behind our products if you do your own work on your cars."
