The item matched description and worked correctly.
The product meet my expectations and corrected the code problem "short to ground" of the original purge valve. Codes were cleared and vehicle is operating normally.

CEL gone.
We had a persisitent Check Engine light occurring in our 2006 Audi A3. Tracking things down eventually led to the canister purge valve possibly being the problem. Installed this aftermarket part, cleared engine codes, and Voila!, no more CEL. Gave it 4 stars because I have no info on the reliability, but the price would allow you to replace it more often than going with Audi OEM (if you have an Audi, you know what that means).

Fixed my P0456 CEL
I've had a P0456 triggered Check Engine Light on for a few years. This affordable, and easy to install purge valve cleared it up with about 20 minutes of work.

Check it off
The media could not be loaded. I watched several videos but still this was not THAT easy to replace. The original clamps needed to be cut off destroying the tips of my cheap diagonal cutters. Then pulling the hoses off wasn’t as “simple” as you might expect. The rear hose was “welded” onto the old valve and needed to be cut off. Once the new valve was connected and the check engine light was reset, a simple road test and trip to work verified that the problem was resolved. (P0455 - EVAP System Leak (large leak)
