I’ve had the faucet since Feb 2021. It worked great and was the perfect solution for our camper sink. Unfortunately it is just too fragile. The handle got pushed too far down by accident. There was nothing internally to prevent this. When the handle was moved back up, it made a springy noise and stopped working. I pulled the handle off and found a piece of the metal switch had come off the switching mechanism. I have been unable to find a contact for the manufacturer.

Went through all comments and was not really impressed by this product. After purchasing and installation it was my one of the best decisions.- It is rotatable 360 in any direction- There's a micros witch that turns on your pump! (Have not find anything similar on the market)- In Title it says – UP TO 1.5BAR (Guys don’t use it with your systems of 3-5BARS it will not work, please read description before buying. I am using it with a pump which makes 0.8 BARS, so no issues for me at all.- Made of plastic, but nice quality plastic, much netter compared to others I had before

This product is not well made. It failed just 13-months after purchasing it. I had it a few months before installing it so in reality it failed about 10-months after installation. I doubt I turned it on more than 50 times. The switch ceased to function so it won't come on. At first I could wiggle the handle and get it to work but after 3 or 4 of those, it's just failed completely now.

I bought this for a DIY campervan that I'm currently building.I'd give this faucet 5 stars, except for one detail that I found quite surprising. I'm not sure if there was supposed to be an adapter ring to make the faucet fit in a standard sized hole, but I didn't receive one and the faucet would just fall through the holes in my Elkay D117193 sink. Luckily I have a 3D printer and was able to make an adapter (see photos above). Contact me (respond to this post if Amazon won't let you DM me) if you'd like the STL file and I'll try to get it to you to print your own adapter.Otherwise it's a good faucet. There's an electrical switch that comes on when moved from the furthest back position (to turn on your pump), and then the flow rate can be adjusted from there just like a normal faucet. I like that it rotates in many orientations, and van fold down flat when you're driving, if you so desire.

The switch works perfectly and the size of it is great. However, faucet itself will easily come apart in your hand if you try and move it. You know how you move your kitchen sink faucet from one side to the other... when you attempt to move this in that way it will come off in your hand and spew water everywhere. It is very fragile in this way.

I used this in my truck bed build, and it works flawlessly. I purchased the 12v submersible pump with it and they connected very easily (with a little help from understanding it had to be wired in series). I love being able to twist & tilt the faucet for awkward sized bottles. I've been using it for 3 months daily with no issues. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste you money on this inferior piece of junk. My granddaughter had a higher quality faucet in her play kitchen set. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

I didnt want to believe the other reviews... Who would make a product that when you turn the water up, the whole top faucet section pops off? This company. Its true- turn the water up and it pops off. We have a fairly low power water pump in our rv... and this just doesnt work. Luckily its not so bad when it pops off, and if you dont turn it up all the way, you will be fine... if you can find another faucet however, probably do that... I am looking for a replacement too!
